Mark Reid

Mark is a Co-founding Trustee of the Fair Play Foundation and fulfils the role of the Foundation’s Chief Executive. Mark previously worked for Supporters Direct Scotland as Project Manager before which he worked at Celtic FC as a Senior Football Development Officer. In that role he oversaw Celtic’s UK wide grassroots football programmes and separately coached within the Celtic Academy. Mark has experience co-ordinating and delivering a range of community development and health related projects in addition to Football development programmes around the world in India, Australia, USA, Canada, Ireland, Kuwait.

Mark has a BSc in Sport Studies from Paisley University.

Leanne Gibson

Leanne is the Program Coordinator that oversees the Active8 project . She is currently a student completing her final year in an International Sports Management degree. Previously Leanne has worked as a children’s rep in Tunisia where she delivered and managed a number of activity programmes and events. She has also managed a Holiday Club programme run for children within an Active Schools setting. Leanne liked to keep connected with her friend and family and enjoys going on walks and adventures with them. But she also enjoys a good Netflix series in her time off.

Natalie Dott

Natalie has a level 3 qualified personal trainer and is currently in her final year in BA International Sports Management at Glasgow Caledonian University. She works in a Gym in Glasgow and mainly take’s Strength and Conditioning classes. As well as the work in the gym, Natalie is the Programme Co-ordinator for the Active Age and Active at Home programmes the Fair Play Foundation run and also is a deliver for our activity sessions for the charity, so you might see her face if you take part in one of our programmes. In her spare time, Natalie likes to keep fit and active by going to the gym or do Yoga at home. She likes to stay as active as possible and even have a fitness page focusing on body positivity and working out to be healthy and happy.

Nicola McDonald

Nicola is one of our Programme Coordinators for the charity. She oversees the Club Development and Colour of our Scarves project. She also delivers the workshops along with her staff, so if you book one in, you might see her face pop up. Nicola studies International Sports Management at Glasgow Caledonian University and is in her final year. Nicola was a member of the Young People Sports panel cohort 4 ran by Sport Scotland and Young Scot. She is also a multi-sports coach for Active Stirling, running gymnastics, pre-school, basketball and a whole variety of sporting sessions. Nicola took her coaching international and spent a summer coaching football in America with Challenger Sport. In her spare time, Nicola likes to stay active by going on up hills (when the weather is nice) with friends and family and likes to practice her old gymnastics skills on a trampoline or in a gym. 

Paul Tannock

Paul is a Sport and Fitness lecturer at Forth Valley College and has worked in various further and higher education establishments over the last 8 years. In addition to Paul’s role there, he is a qualified gym instructor and personal trainer working in the University of the West of Scotland gym, which he has done since being a student there. Paul completed a BSc Honours degree in Sport Coaching with Development at UWS and a subsequent post graduate TQFE from the university of Stirling. He previously worked with Active schools during his time at University and have various coaching awards in sports including football & basketball. Paul has a keen interest in fitness, football and golf and until recently participated in these sports at an amateur level. He has been involved with the organisation for several years through his role as a lecturer and am now part of the delivery team for the Club development programme for the Fair Play Foundation.

Kieran Devlin

Kieran is one of our activity sessions deliverers for our programmes, so if you sign up to one of our programmes, you’re are likely to see his face pop up. He is a qualified Level 3 personal trainer and has an HND in Fitness, Health and Exercise. When he is not taking our activity session, Keiron is a self-employed PT and has been doing that for a while now, so has lost of experience with a variety of clients. When he is not taking sessions, Keiron likes to play football with his mates, as well as take part in boxing. Though after staying active all day, he loves to tuck in to some chocolate.
