If you are over the age of 65 and live in the North Lanarkshire area our Active@Home programme maybe the one for you.
We are offering FREE online 1 to 1 activity sessions, tailored to your needs in addition to monthly wellbeing class where you can learn more about staying healthy, getting active and provides you with an opportunity to have a chat about how you are doing during these hard times.
We have experts in physical activity and wellbeing to make sure your programme is tailored to your needs and is always as safe as it can be and the best part is…… it’s all FREE!
The weekly sessions will take part on Zoom through half hour time slots with additional group sessions every second week for everyone taking part in the programme to get involved, share experiences and build a network of like minded people to support and encourage you.
What We Do
A dedicated team of qualified staff working to help you improve your health and wellbeing with a programme designed and tailored specifically for you needs and capabilities.
A minimum of 3 health and wellbeing information sessions
A minimum of 12 weeks of activity sessions.
A minimum of 6 Group Sessions
This programme also focusses on your mental health as well as your physical health, we want to make sure that you have someone to talk to and are taking care of yourself during what can be an incredibly challenging time during and post Covid.
