Active @ Home
We believe that maintaining your physical and mental health is important at all times. However, maintaining an active and stimulated lifestyle can slow and reduce the associated dangers and consequences that inevitably come with old age.

If you are over the age of 65 and live in the North or South Lanarkshire area our Active@Home programme may be the one for you!
Supporting people stay active later in life.
The Active@Home programme offers free weekly online activity sessions, tailored to your needs in addition to monthly wellbeing class where you can learn more about staying healthy, getting active and provides participants with an opportunity to discuss shared experiences, difficulties, successes and failures with like-minded individuals who are going through the same processes.

We have experts in physical activity and wellbeing to make sure your programme is tailored to your needs and is always as safe as it can be and the best part is…… it’s all FREE!

The weekly sessions will take part on Zoom through half-hour time slots with additional group sessions every second week for everyone taking part in the programme to get involved, share experiences and build a network of like-minded people to support and encourage you.
